How it works
Three pillars for business continuity
Every participating business has the same foundation — designed to keep business operating when everything else goes wrong.
The problem
Most businesses don’t close just because a building burned down
Businesses close due to lost access to key accounts and vital records — and couldn’t file insurance, run payroll, or reach vendors.
“After recent fires, my home was at risk — but my business continued operating because my critical records were digitized and secure. Many local businesses don’t have this protection. This program closes that gap, affordably and locally.”
— Program founder, PTechThe Digital First Aid Kit (DFAK) was created from real conversations with neighbors who lost everything, a colleague who lost his insurance business in the fire, and input from the local business community.
The process
A simple four-step setup
Every business goes through the same process, with thoughtful guidance to completion in one session.
The DFAK plan
Cost per business Digital First Aid Kit
Business resiliency to regain operational function after a disaster in the quickest possible timeframe.

Google Drive and iCloud are great for storing files but they do not guarantee your backups — and if you lose access to your email account (which often happens in a disaster), you lose access to everything tied to that account. The Digital First Aid Kit secures your passwords independently of any single account and gives you a physical recovery card so you can regain access even if every device you own is gone.
Not at all. The program is designed for people who are not technical. Every business goes through a one-on-one guided setup with a real person who will walk you through each step at your own pace. If you can use a smartphone, you can use this system.
Only you. Keeper uses a zero-knowledge security model — not even Keeper employees can access your vault. Your data is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves, so nobody, including us, can see your passwords or files.
Yes. Because your data is stored in the encrypted cloud, you can log in from any device — a borrowed laptop, a family member’s phone, or a library computer. As long as you have your master password or recovery card, you can get back in.
